Gen-Z story time gets nostalgic over the clicking and clacking of Guitar Hero and Rock Band. Mike’s also rocking a new YouTube channel called Recliner Riffs where he strums his guitar while sitting down… because he is old! And finally, the guys engage in a debate over the best Gatorade flavor, the ultimate Christmas movie, and the most iconic Christmas song, proving that the only things more complicated than their opinions are their holiday plans.

He even shares his craps betting strategy and recounts indulging in some octopus delicacies with Keren from the 360 Vegas Podcast. Geoff is absent because of illness, making him even more of a target for mockery. Mike thinks he has a kidney stone. Mike and Jay rank meats. Theming concepts for a new casino include Costco, Spirit Airlines, Bass Pro Shops, dollar store, and a funeral home. The guys discuss the upcoming Zorkfest (which is now over), a travel and loyalty conference focused on maximizing travel rewards (miles and points) and casino comps. Mike thinks he should stop making fun of southerners and proceeds to to continue to make fun of southerners, but it’s OK… his wife is southern. Cheerwine is inducted into the Strip Talking Podcast Food Hall of Fame. Gen Z story time revisits the infamous Menendez brothers case. Mike proposes that Jay have a Long John Silvers themed Thanksgiving. Jay thinks Jason Mamoa would be too polite to break Mike’s arm in an arm wrestling contest. Picking the worst pro sports team name proves difficult. The Tennessee Titans try to keep Mike out of their stadium. A bet is made on whether Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will eventually break up or get married.

Ocean One restaurant in Vegas closes down only to pop back up like a jack-in-the-box, leaving everyone scratching their heads. The guys collectively swoon over cookie dough, but Jay drops some truth bombs on why eating it raw is as safe as eating bird crap. Jay officially enshrines Costco rotisserie chicken into the Strip Talking Podcast Food Hall of Fame. Inspired by Bryson DeChambeau’s YouTube channel, Mike decides to channel his inner handyman and rig oversized grips onto his golf clubs himself. Jay butchers a pig “intimately”! “Gen Z story time” remembers the unforgettable saga of Lorena and John Wayne Bobbitt and that infamous severed penis, via a Ginsu knife. “Points to Ponder” tackles the burning questions of our time—like Alien vs Predator, the ultimate Metallica jam, the best street name in Omaha, and, of course, the ultimate comforting comfort food.
