Refund and Returns Policy

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

The customer must contact us about misprinted/damaged/defective items within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM(S). You can either use the contact form on our website or send an email to stripwalking@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers receiving misprinted/damaged/defective items will be given the option of receiving a refund or a replacement item after the defective item has been received back.

Exchanges/Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All items are printed on demand specifically for you. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they are misprinted, damaged or defective. Please check the size guides on the products before ordering.

Shipping returns

If your item is deemed damaged or defective, we will provide an address to return the item to. Do not attempt to return a defective item before contacting us first!
